Established in 1984, Amtek Precision Engineers Ltd is one of the UK's premier Mould Toolmaker for high volume, multi-cavity plastic injection moulds.

Specialising in the design and manufacture of injection moulds for caps and closures, personal care and beauty products and aerosol and lotion pump dispensers for the packaging, medical and pharmaceutical industries, we offer an unrivalled combination of skills, experience and commitment to our customers. During our 25 years in business we have partnered with over 25 of the UK's largest blue-chip manufacturers to produce some of the best injection mould tools this country can offer.

 

At Amtek Precision our UK and global customers enjoy a fully comprehensive service encompassing concept design through to the completion of a fully validated and tried and tested mould. After which we offer a proactive approach to regular servicing with our fully-validated mould guarantee against major defect and wear-and-tear.

 

We work in partnership with some of the world's leading Hot Runner suppliers and are experts in the design and manufacture of fast cycling moulds, unscrewing moulds, stack moulds and multi-stage moulds, all of which are supplied with our warranty for longevity.

 

We operate from five units in the south-west of England giving us a total of 12,000 sq ft of manufacturing space which includes six gantries with a maximum capacity of five tonnes. Throughout the past 24 months we have invested over 600K in new plant and machinery with the plan to invest a further 250K within the next 12 months. In addition to our comprehensive range of modern CNC hard metal, high-speed cutting machines a thorough tool-trialing facility is also available here at Amtek.
