At Amtek Precision Engineers, we know that every tooling project is different and with this mind we offer you four mould tool quality levels and guarantees.

Pilot moulds – Guaranteed for 50,000 cycles

Pre-production moulds – Guaranteed for 250,000 cycles

Low cost production moulds – Guaranteed for 1,000,000 cycles

High quality mass production moulds – Guaranteed for 3,000,000 cycles

However, no matter which quality level you decide upon, all our tooling is project managed by the very same team based here at our manufacturing plant in Devon.
