We’ve been designing and manufacturing multi-cavity plastic injection mould tools for over 35 years for the caps & closures, automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, packaging and aerospace industries, as well as numerous blue-chip clients.

Due to ongoing investment, continued growth and increased demand for our product we’re now looking for a Trainee CNC Programmer & Toolmaker to join our team of skilled engineers.

This is a rare opportunity to gain valuable skills that are desirable and well renumerated worldwide, of which are generally only achievable by way of an apprenticeship. Our trainee program (known internally as our improvers program) has achieved fantastic success as it is based on attitude before skill. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, who wants to learn, is a great communicator, and possesses the highest of work ethics and tenacity.

We are passionate about providing secure employment and keeping our skilled staff longterm. We provide a competitive salary and regular overtime. Our work pattern is Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday morning hours and ad-hoc resets. Free off-road parking and company pension is provided.​
