After 42 Years
A Fond Farewell from Amtek

Founded in 1984, it is with great sadness that we announce the closure of Amtek after 42 years of trading.

As the owners of Amtek, Mike, Helen and Matt Jones had sincerely hoped to find a suitable buyer who could take this remarkable company forward, together with its dedicated and loyal team. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we have been unable to find the right successor.

After more than four decades, the time has now come for retirement and to bring this chapter of Amtek’s story to a close.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to all of our staff, both past and present. Their loyalty, dedication, skill and hard work have been at the heart of Amtek and have made the company what it is today.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the many customers who have supported us over the years. We have been privileged to work with customers who placed an enormous amount of trust in our technical expertise and capabilities, particularly on complex multi-mould projects, some of which developed into working relationships lasting many years.

We are immensely proud of what Amtek and its people have achieved since 1984. Above all, we are grateful to everyone who has been part of that journey.

To our staff, customers, suppliers and friends – past and present – thank you for your support, loyalty and trust over the last 42 years.
